Golden Cheese Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
12 bread slices
6 bacon slices

Preparation

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Mix together cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and dry mustard in a bowl and set aside.
With a glass or pastry cutter, cut bread into 3-inch rounds.
Spread with cheese mixture.
Cut bacon slices in 1/2. Top each round with a 1/2 slice of bacon.
Cook in oven 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Serve.
