Carrot And Apple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 (12 oz.) can pie apples
1/2 c. white or brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Peel and cook carrots until tender.
Spread carrots and apples in flat casserole dish.
Sprinkle sugar and spices on top.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Tastes good with pork or poultry.
Serves 4 to 6.
