Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, peeled and sliced in 1/4-inch slices
    pepper
    cooking oil
    salt
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Coat potato slices on both sides with cooking oil.
    Season with salt, pepper and
    parsley flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
