Barbecued Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 large onions, sliced
3 or 4 green peppers, sliced
1 Tbsp. oil
salt and pepper
1 bottle catsup
1 bottle chili sauce
1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation

Pour oil into large pan.
Add onions and peppers.
Season to taste.
Cover and steam about 10 minutes, then add 1 bottle of catsup plus 1 bottle of water, 1 bottle chili sauce plus 1 bottle water and 1 small can tomato sauce plus 1 can water.
Simmer, uncovered, for about 15 minutes.
Mix and brown hamburgers and add to sauce.
Cook until hamburgers are done (well cooked).
