Refrigerator Sliced Cukes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. cukes, sliced with peel
2 Tbsp. salt
2 medium onions, sliced
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Cover with water 2 hours.
Drain and mix 1 1/2 cups sugar and mix until dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup vinegar.
Mix well.
Put in refrigerator.
May be frozen but let stand a day or two before you freeze.
