Swiss Steak In Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into serving portions
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    1 can onion soup
    2 Tbsp. oil or spray skillet with Pam
Preparation
    Pound flour and pepper into steak.
    Brown in skillet.
    Remove to casserole and pour soup over meat.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 and 1/4 hours.
    Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
    Top with parsley.
    Delicious!
