Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 c. biscuit baking mix
Preparation

Beat milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla for 1 minute.
Add mix.
Mix well and cool mixture for at least 45 minutes.
Place 1-inch balls about 3 inches apart and flatten with fork.
Bake approximately 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar.
