Homemade Creole Seasoning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Store, tightly covered, at room temperature. Use in meats, fish, vegetables and soups.
    Makes 1/4 cup.
    Use 1 teaspoon per pound meat.
