Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
    4 med. Tomatoes
    9 slices crisp Bacon
    1 Bell Pepper
    1 Onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Pickle Relish
    1/4 c. Pickle Juice
    1 c. Mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook cornbread as directed on package and crumble.
    Add chopped tomatoes, bacon, bell pepper, onion and pickle relish to cornbread.
    Mix mayonnaise and pickle juice.
    Put one-half of cornbread mixture in dish and cover with one half of mayonnaise mixture.
    Put other half of cornbread mixture and top with remaining mayonnaise mixture.
