Brandied Potted Cheese(Servings: 1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. light cream
    1 pkg. toasted onion dip mix
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, ground
    3 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation
    Blend the cream cheese and the cream together Add the toasted onion dip mix and combine thoroughly. Add the ground Cheddar and, with a wooden spoon, mix and beat until well combined. Add the brandy and blend. Pack into small crocks or jars. Cover and refrigerate. Keeps well for several weeks. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
