Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. coarse salt
Preparation
    Add yeast to a large bowl, then add warm water and mix.
    Add flour, 1 teaspoon salt and sugar.
    Mix, mix, mix.
    Turn out on floured surface.
    Punch down and fold.
    Repeat this 10 to 20 times. Make 6 to 8 balls.
    Roll and shape into a pretzel (or any shape you prefer).
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Remove and cool 10 minutes.
