New England Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. hot milk
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Separate egg.
    Beat yolk and add to 1 1/2 cups hot milk and pumpkin
    mixture.
    Beat
    egg white and fold carefully into mixture.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Turn oven to 350\u00b0 for 30 more minutes, or until firm.
