Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    4 Tbsp. curing salt
    3 Tbsp. coriander seed
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well, cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator and mix well again.
    Shape into 5 rolls.
    Preheat oven to 150\u00b0.
    Place rolls on baking pan and bake 8 hours.
    Turn 2 times during baking.
    Cool and wrap in foil. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
