Cho-Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine
    cocoa,
    sugar and salt in large pan.
    Add milk and bring to bubbly boil on high heat.
    Reduce heat to medium and boil
    without
    stirring
    until small balls form in water; remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla to mixture and beat by
    hand until it loses glossy look.
    Quickly pour in buttered pan; cool.
