Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. horseradish
1/2 c. grated raw apple
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. whipping cream

Preparation

Mix horseradish, apple, salt, mustard and sugar.
Whip cream until stiff.
Fold into first mixture.
Serve with baked ham, pot roast, roast lamb or veal.
