Sweet And Sour Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium pkg. (about 12 wings) chicken wings, split, washed and patted dry
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 (10 oz.) bottles sweet and sour sauce
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat fryer to 375\u00b0. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, add milk. Dredge chicken wing halves in flour mixture, then in milk and then again in the flour mixture. Shake off excess flour. Carefully place wing halves in fryer and fry wing halves for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
