Curried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; cook, covered, in top of double boiler until all moisture is absorbed and rice is tender and fluffy, about 40 to 50 minutes.
    Rice may be cooked also in heavy-duty pan with close fitting lid.
    Serves 8 to 10.
