Artichoke Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichokes, mashed and drained
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; roll into small balls.
    Roll in extra cheese; bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
