Unbaked Peanut Butter Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter flavored shortening
    2 (5 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt shortening, peanut butter and chips.
    Cool slightly. Add marshmallows, coconut and nuts.
    Butter an 11 x 16-inch pan and pat mixture into it.
    Sprinkle with more coconut, if desired.
    Cool until firm in refrigerator.
    Cut and enjoy.
