Scallops Supreme(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sea or bay scallops
    1/4 c. white wine (optional)
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    1/8 tsp. pepper or salt
    1 sleeve Crax crackers, crumbled
    1/4 lb. butter, melted (second batch)
    lemon
Preparation
    Wash scallops; dry.
    Put scallops in shallow dish and pour wine over them.
    Marinate for 10 minutes.
    Pour all wine off.
    Put scallops in baking dish.
    Pour 1/4 pound melted butter over scallops.
    Crumble crackers and add to scallops.
    Season.
