All American Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (6 oz.)
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped scallions
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chilies
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. spaghetti noodles
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Blend first 3 ingredients, then add next 5 ingredients. Meanwhile, cook noodles 5 minutes.
    Drain and toss in 3 tablespoons butter.
    Saute beef in 1 to 2 tablespoons butter (take off heat).
    Drain.
    Add tomato sauce and last 3 ingredients.
    Then in casserole, put 1/2 tomato meat sauce, 1/2 noodles, cheese mixture, 1/2 noodles and 1/2 tomato meat sauce.
    Can be refrigerated.
    Take out of fridge 20 minutes before cooking for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
