Orange Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. sweet potatoes (6 medium from can)
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel (optional)
1 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. orange juice

Preparation

In small saucepan, stir together sugar, cornstarch, salt and orange peel.
Slowly stir orange juice into sugar mixture.
Add butter.
Cook, stirring constantly, on low heat.
Place in casserole and bake 7 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
