Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. Crisco oil
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    Mix together the first 3 ingredients. Set aside. Sift in large mixing bowl the flour, salt, nutmeg, baking powder, baking powder and cinnamon. Combine all and bake at 350\u00b0. Can be made in loaf pan. I use soup cans or vegetable cans that I save. Flour and grease cans good. Cool. Wrap in foil or can be frozen. Makes 7 to 8 loaves, if soup cans are used.
