Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oleo (2 sticks)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 large eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and lemon juice.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add bananas.
Sift flour, soda and baking powder together.
Add alternately with sour cream to banana mixture.
Fold in pecans.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
