Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. flour plus 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lemon rind and juice
Preparation

Mix ingredients well and pour in unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and firm (about 30 minutes).
