Ingredients

1 c. maple syrup
1 c. catsup
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Cool.
Pour mixture into container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Remove 1 cup for basting and brush sauce over meat the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
(Discard any remaining basting sauce.)
Serve meat with remaining sauce.
Yield:
3 1/2 cups.
