Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 doz. eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onion (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan to coat bottom.
    Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt together until smooth.
    Pour into dish and sprinkle green onion on top.
    Bake 30 minutes or until eggs set.
    Test with knife blade.
    Cut in squares. Serves 12.
