Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cans mixed vegetables
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    mashed potatoes (regular or instant)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add 2 cans drained vegetables, salt and pepper.
    Remove from stove and put in casserole dish. Cover ground beef mixture with mashed potatoes.
    Pour tomato sauce over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through (30 to 40 minutes).
