Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sliced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
Add apples and mix well.
Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Fold in nuts and flavoring and blend well.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven in Bundt pan for 1 hour 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Can also be baked in 9 x 12-inch pan for 45 minutes.
