Good Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 medium potatoes cut into small cubes
2 large carrots cut into smaller pieces
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. water
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onions
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil the potatoes and carrots in water and chicken broth. When done set aside but leave it in the pot. In a skillet melt margarine, add celery and onion and cook until tender. Add flour and cook a few minutes until creamy. Add one cup of potato broth, milk and half and half. Add this to potatoes and carrots and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer on medium heat.
