Noodle-Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. pkg. egg noodles
    2 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. meat (beef, tuna, chicken or turkey)
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 red pimento pepper (optional)
    1 green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Boil and drain noodles.
    Mix with chopped eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
