Frosted Triple Orange Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. whipped cream
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant lemon pudding
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in thawed orange juice.
    Add in undrained pineapple.
    Chill until partially set (the consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
    Fold in oranges and pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Chill until almost firm.
