Mexican Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 small can of black olives
    1 jar of mild salsa
    1-2 c. shredded Cheddar or Mexican style cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Stir in salsa.
    Spread mixture into a casserole dish.
    Spread sour cream on top of beef mixture. Sprinkle on cheese.
    Top with olives.
    Heat in microwave until cheese is melted and serve with tortilla chips.
