Giblet Gravy(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fat-free broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. turkey fat
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped giblets
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve the cornstarch in cool broth and add fat to giblets. Stir until gravy thickens and becomes a smooth texture.
    A small saucepan or double boiler is satisfactory.
    Allow the gravy to bubble in the center of the pan, about 3 minutes cooking time. Serve over celery dressing.
