Cheese Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    24 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    preserves or prepared fruit pie filling
Preparation
    Blend eggs and cream cheese.
    Add 1 c. sugar, vanilla and blend until smooth.
    Line muffin tins with paper liners.
    Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup.
    Pour mixture over wafer.
    Fill about 3/4 full.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    A well will form in the cupcake.
    Mix sour cream, 1/2 c. sugar and vanilla.
    Blend topping until smooth.
    Spread over cupcakes.
    Add 1/2 tsp. preserves or fruit pie filling to the top of each cupcake.
    Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
    Chill or freeze.
