Anytime Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    Solo Thank You pie filling or French lemon pie filling
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat together margarine (at room temperature), sugar, vanilla, lemon extract and eggs.
    Then add flour.
    Dough will be thick. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch jelly roll pan.
    Place dough on pan and smooth to cover pan.
    Cut dough into any size squares.
    (Do not use jelly or preserves.)
    Put 1 teaspoon of pie filling in the middle of each square.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly brown.
    Cool 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut again.
