Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large stems broccoli (about 4 c.), coarsely chopped
1 c. raisins
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation

Combine chopped broccoli, raisins and chopped onion in 2-quart bowl or casserole dish.
Mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
Pour over the broccoli mixture and stir together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Before serving, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and sunflower seeds.
