Venison Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground venison
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 jalapeno, finely chopped
    5 Tbsp. chili powder
    4 tsp. ground cumin seed
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Use a heavy cast-iron or aluminum pot with tight fitting lid. Brown meat in oil.\tAdd 1/2 can of beer.
    Cook browned meat, covered, over low heat, about 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
