Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

In bowl, beat eggs with fork.
Add flour, salt and baking powder.
Stir until well mixed and a stiff dough.
Add small amount of water if needed.
Put on floured counter.
Knead a little.
Roll out until thin.
Use as much flour as needed.
Let set 1 hour.
Turn; flour again and let set another hour.
Roll in jelly roll fashion.
Start cutting in strips on one end.
Use plenty of flour.
Cook in broth of your choice.
Makes large pot of noodles.
