Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. chicken breasts, cooked, cooled and cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, mashed
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. plain tortilla chips, crushed
Preparation

Preheat oven at 375\u00b0. Cook chicken in lightly salted water; cool and cube. Mix soups, tomatoes, 1 cup cheese and chicken together well. Add crushed chips in mixture last and mix. Pour into greased casserole dish; top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake about 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Serves 6 to 8.
