Zucchini Bread In Pint Jars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Beat eggs, zucchini and water. Sift together dry ingredients and add to zucchini; stir well.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into wide mouth sterile jars.
    Fill 1/2 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove jars from oven.
    Wipe rims clean and cover with hot lids and bands.
