Captain'S Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (32 oz.) V-8 juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 soup cans water
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown meat and onion in large Dutch oven or stockpot.
Add salt and pepper, V-8, soups and water.
Bring to a boil and add mixed vegetables.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Quick and easy. Tastes like it cooked all day.
