Pasta Pronto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. white wine
1/3 c. fresh basil, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 lb. penne pasta
Preparation

Place tomatoes, oil and garlic in frying pan.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add basil and white wine to pan; heat 3 more minutes.
Cook pasta according to directions and drain well.
Stir sauce in pan and pour over penne.
Enjoy!
