Shelley'S Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large + 1 small can of Tomato Sauce (or 3 small cans)
    1 large + 1 small can of Tomato Paste (of 3 small cans)
    1 large can Water
    1 medium large Onion, diced
    1/2 Tbsp. Salt
    1 rounding tsp. Brown Sugar (or 1 level tsp. White Sugar)
    1 tsp. Basil
    1 tsp. Oregano
    2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic, minced (Don't use Garlic Salt/Powder)
    1/2 lb. Hamburg
    1 tsp. Vinegar
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in large pot.
    Add the Hamburg after the Tomato Sauce and Tomato Paste.
    Have the hamburg room temperature and crumble into the mixture with your fingers, stir with spoon until it is all through the sauce.
    Cover and leave in 325 - 350 oven 3 - 6 hours.
    If oven is 350, you'll need to stir every half hour.
    Add water to maintain level.
