Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. diced onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. diced cheese
    1 qt. sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt butter; stir in flour and mix well.
    Add milk, diced onion, salt and cheese.
    Heat until slightly thickened.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
