Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Healthy Choice ham, ground
1 c. basic bread crumbs, finely ground
2 egg whites
1/2 c. skim milk
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients and form into balls (about 1 tablespoon per ball).
Place balls in oblong sprayed dish.
Mix remaining ingredients; stir until sugar dissolves.
Pour over ham balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; baste often.
Serves 40.
