One Dish Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
rice (preferably wild)
cream of chicken soup or broccoli and cheese soup
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts until tender.
Cook rice.
Put into bottom of casserole dish.
Place chicken over rice.
Cover with choice of soup.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until soup has baked into chicken and rice.
Punch holes in foil for steam to escape.
Cool a few minutes.
