Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 c. cottage cheese
    6 Tbsp. flour
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/4 lb. oleo, cut in chunks
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to microwave directions.
    Drain.
    Cut cheese in chunks.
    Combine with the rest of the ingredients. Stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir once during the baking time. Serves 10 to 12 people.
