Jeanie'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. onion
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 stick butter, melted
4 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mix cheese, onion, sour cream and soup.
Mix potatoes with cheese mixture and put in casserole dish.
Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over the top.
Put melted butter over corn flakes and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
