Susan'S Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sleeves low-fat Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/3 c. oleo, melted
    1/3 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    1/3 tsp. onion powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. drained salmon
    1 c. 1% milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine Ritz crackers, oleo, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, onion powder, salt and pepper.
    Spray Pam in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour 1/2 Ritz cracker combination into bottom of casserole.
    Add drained, flaked salmon.
    Cover with remaining crackers.
    Add milk over top of casserole.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
